Mock Interview Feedback Form
For community partners, administrators, and volunteers conducting a mock interview with a Batavia High School Field Experience student.
This is a practice interview for a student preparing for real Field Experience placement interviews — most are juniors or seniors with little to no interview experience yet. Plan on 10–15 minutes: ask 3–4 questions of your choosing (behavioral or role-specific — the interview question bank has options if you'd like some), then rate them below.
Be honest, but remember this is a learning moment, not a hiring decision. Specific, constructive feedback is far more useful to them than a high score. Please hand this back to the student (or have them photograph it) before they leave your station.
